Breakthrough Fitness

Due to an influx of "personal trainers" or "fitness gurus" the world has access to a lot of information. When it comes to fitness it should be more than just physical. Fitness should improve you all around (physical, mental, & spiritual), that is what I want to offer to the world. Anybody can put can workouts together but when we talk about you're specific goals, what lengths are you willing to go to reach them. Hiring a personal trainer is not only to help you reach you goals but to hold you accountable as well.

Nutritional  Guide 

Do you want to eat better but don't know how? Have you reached a certain point in your fitness goal where you are staginant? Well this is for you or pretty much anybody that wants to do better on the eating side! Download this free guide packed with nutritional information which is updated to according to our current society!

 

Build-A-Booty Program 

This is a 6-week program that is designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. The majority of exercises will be glute focused, but the goal is to build a well-rounded and balanced lower body.

The program is set up for 3-4 training days per week and can be used with your current training schedule. Adding more leg focused days with this plan is not recommended. It will progressively get harder as the weeks go on and as your strength increases!

This program will be ideal for those who are serious about progress and results!

Core Training Program

This is an 6-week, full-body core training program. It can be used to get leaner, build muscle, or both (body recomposition). The majority of the exercises will be core focused, and this will help build your physique from the inside out. 

 The program is set up for 3-4 training days per week and can be used with your current training schedule. Adding more core focused days with this plan is not recommended. It will progressively get harder as the weeks go on and as your strength increases!
